清宮茶點綠豆黃,就是現在常見的綠豆冰糕,而國內的「開山始祖」,就是這家傳承三代的糕餅廠!第一代老闆從小和清宮御廚學手藝,1974年創業後,讓綠豆黃在台灣生根。這好口味竟然還傳進了總統府,讓經國先生指名製餅,登上國宴餐桌。第二代接手後,設立中央工廠、導入機械自動化,逢年過節就能賣出幾十萬顆點心,如今第三代接棒,致力發展實體門市和跨境電商,產品外銷世界各地。

The iconic Taiwanese mung bean cake traces its roots to this three-generation pastry factory! The founder, trained by Qing Dynasty imperial chefs, introduced this delicacy to Taiwan in 1974. Its exquisite taste even graced the Presidential Office, favored by President Chiang Ching-kuo himself. The second generation modernized production, and now the third generation continues the legacy, expanding to physical stores and global e-commerce.
