National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU), also known as Taiwan Ocean University or Ocean University, is a national university with its main campus located in Zhongzheng District, Keelung City, Taiwan, adjacent to Heping Island and Bisha Fishing Harbor. It also has branch campuses in Guanyin District, Taoyuan City, and Beigan Township, Lienchiang County. Formerly the Provincial Taiwan Maritime Technology College, NTOU is renowned for its marine science-related research and is affiliated with the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU), the University System of Taipei, and the Taiwan Ocean Alliance.
