本著「將台灣的美好介紹給世界」初衷，小茶栽堂於2006年創立於台北。以台灣茶葉為出發，探索茶面向的無限可能。
小茶栽堂認為「茶」一字由草、人、木組成，茶來自自然，「人在草木中」是茶的本質。在自然環境下，遵循四季節氣，自由舒展地茶葉作茶，藉由品茶的過程找到人與自然對話的空間。
秉持「尊重自然、創新設計」的品牌精神，小茶栽堂嚴守當初創業心願「以最高標準，重新定義台灣產品品質」，選用台灣在地原味好茶，佐以黃梔花、桂花、玫瑰…等自然素材，遵守傳統工序與茶葉窨製而成，久泡不苦不澀，完美演繹台灣茶獨特的「清香甘甜」風味，培育最道地、特級品質好茶，並多次榮獲世界茶葉大獎，讓世界看見台灣土地的美好。
Driven by the initial aspiration to "introduce the beauty of Taiwan to the world," Xiao Cha Zai Tang was established in Taipei in 2006. Starting with Taiwanese tea leaves, we explore the infinite possibilities of tea. Xiao Cha Zai Tang believes that the Chinese character for "tea" (茶) is composed of grass (草), person (人), and wood (木), indicating that tea originates from nature, and "humans among grass and trees" is the essence of tea. We craft our tea from leaves that grow freely and naturally, following the four seasons, allowing people to find a space for dialogue between humanity and nature through the process of tea appreciation. Upholding the brand spirit of "respecting nature and innovative design," Xiao Cha Zai Tang adheres to its original entrepreneurial vision of "redefining the quality of Taiwanese products with the highest standards.
